FACTS Family Portal

All families will need to first set up a FACTS Family Portal account. The FACTS Family Portal account will help you to register for school, manage tuition payments and access your Student's information, and update Medical/Emergency Contact Information.

How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in Resurrection Catholic Primary School. Resurrection is proud to serve 3 years old (preschool) through 5th grade. We know that choosing a school is an important decision, and we want you to know that we are here to help you with this process. Please see below for how to apply for the 2022-2023 school year. Registration is open now, we encourage you to register as soon as possible.

Request More Information

Should you desire more information than is available on our school's website, please let us know. If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment to visit. We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to tour our school.

How to Apply

We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

A non-refundable fee of $250 must be submitted with each student's application.

We appreciate your interest and hope to assist you in any way we can. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us at 503-638-8869.
